Next Up helps U.S. parents keep track of their baby’s first year and find general educational information. Its age-based reminders are planning prompts. It does not provide a diagnosis, individual medical advice, clinical assessment or emergency response. Follow your baby’s care team’s instructions. Professional pediatric review remains pending.

Office information

Listed practice phone numbers and addresses come from the CMS public NPI Registry. Records can be missing or outdated. An NPI does not establish licensing, credentials or insurance participation. Choose the correct location and confirm contact information with the practice. The registry does not supply public email, office hours, patient portals or after-hours instructions. Next Up does not book appointments, send emails or access patient records. A typical visit date is not a confirmed appointment.

Website-search and directions buttons open ordinary Google Search or Maps pages; Next Up does not use a paid Google lookup API. Results on those external pages are separate from the registry information shown here. CMS, Google and listed practices do not endorse Next Up.

Ask Next Up

Ask Next Up matches common care topics to prewritten, source-linked guidance and selected warning signs. It covers a limited set of topics and cannot understand every question or symptom. It does not generate an AI response, diagnose symptoms, prescribe treatment or rule out an emergency. A parent can copy a question and continue in ChatGPT as a separate service subject to account availability and limits. AI responses may be incorrect. Urgent symptoms require professional care without waiting for AI. Do not use this feature for medication doses or individual treatment decisions.

Community

Community is for sharing experiences, encouragement, pictures you have permission to share, suggestions and referrals. Posts and replies are visible to signed-in accounts and may be copied by other members. Community advice and referrals are not verified or endorsed by Next Up. Be respectful, protect personal information, and do not post advertising, harassment or harmful material. Reports hide posts for the reporter and are saved; this prototype has no live moderation team or guaranteed review. You can remove your own posts and replies. Do not use Community for urgent health questions or medical treatment decisions.

Your plan

Logged-in records are kept in a private family page. Only approved caregivers can access them, and every approved caregiver can edit them. Logs show entered records; missing entries do not establish a health problem or a healthy baby. This prototype does not send notifications, book visits or upload medical documents. Export records from Family when you need a separate copy. Older device-only profiles remain in their original browser until you choose to move them online.
